Religious Schools fear Supreme Court Ruling on Same-Sex Marriage
The New York Times ran a significant article today about whether or not schools should be concerned about the upcoming Supreme Court decision. Justices Alito and Roberts are consciously considering the ramifications in particular because of a 1983 Supreme Court ruling about Bob Jones’ tax exempt status:

“In the Bob Jones case,” Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr. said, referring to the 1983 Supreme Court decision, “the court held that a college was not entitled to tax-exempt status if it opposed interracial marriage or interracial dating. So would the same apply to a university or a college if it opposed same-sex marriage?”
